Have you ever noticed that there are different strategies people have in order to get through life? It is almost like there are different versions of us that we pull up in different situations? Have you seen it in yourself or others? What if you didn’t have one personality that was you but many that you had created in order to handle different situations in life. When those are allowed to melt and fall away more of you the Being can emerge. Are you willing to have all of you?
This body process begins to unwind and unravel the limitations we have created with this energy called “personalities.” What else is possible beyond that? What if you and your body could have more ease with being than you ever imagined?
You will gift and receive this process during class.
