A Trifold Sequencing System is a type of trauma that loops in the body and mind. It is what creates PTSD. We have this in a variety of forms.
When people use drugs, pharmaceutical or recreational, it can create certain things in the body energetically that can keep them stuck. When on drugs the sensory cortex opens up so the brain processes things in certain ways. If trauma occurs during this time it tends to stay locked in when the person is no longer using that substance. Other stuck energies or the things we have trouble getting past in life can also be held behind this energetic “wall.” This process helps to make these energies available and dissipate them.
You will gift and receive this process twice during class.
