Your Energy body is made of many layers or energy and energy systems. Our energy bodies directly impact our physical systems and vice versa. In this class you will discover hands on tools and techniques through which you can impact both with simple exercises you do for yourself.
Our hormonal system is vast and complex yet there are some simple ways to calm and balance all of the hormones and get them working together.
All participants will have the opportunity to be energy tested whether directly or remotely. In person participants will have the opportunity to do a mini hormone hold on each other. If you are are online, consider having a friend with you or we will just have you do the self care part for your self a little longer while others gift and receive a 5 min bit of care from another student.
