Do you ever feel like you pick up other people’s energy? Are you an empath? This process works with energies that you pick up from other people and mimic and then function as if they are your own. this often happens with sensitive people with natural healing abilities. These energies then become tricky to get rid of because you have taken it on when it was never yours in the first place. This process assists with that.
You will gift and receive this process twice during class.
